HELLO

Hi! I’m James and I live with my wife and two sons (13 years old & 7 years old). My wife and I both work full time and our children both go to local schools. We all like to keep active, I enjoy playing football and listening to music, my wife enjoys visiting friends and running, my eldest son enjoys playing football and video games whilst my youngest son enjoys swimming and drama. Collectively we enjoy watching films and travelling. My wife is Turkish so at least once a year we go to Turkey but also try and visit other countries. After visiting Japan we thought it would be a great idea to welcome foreign students into our home to learn more about foreign cultures.

What we Offer

My home is cosy, comfortable and spacious. Your bedroom is a modern room with a wardrobe, drawers, and a desk and chair for studying. It also has unlimited internet access. There is also a downstairs toilet, a lounge, kitchen and dining area. The living room leads out onto a garden. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave and coffee machine.

Where we Live

Our home is a short 5 minute walk to the main road which is serviced by several buses and is roughly a 20 minute walk from the centre of Solihull where you can catch buses and trains to Birmingham city centre. From the train station in Birmingham you can visit anywhere in the UK! Solihull is a great place for shopping and there are a range of good facilities. There are a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars, and all the usual shops. It also has its own swimming pool, gym and library, and a whole host of green parks.
