HELLO

My name is Lesley, I have 2 adult daughters Eve & Olivia and 4 grandchildren, Darcy 12, Harry 5, Charlie nearly 3 and Lenny 1. I live alone, well not quite, with my dog who enjoys lots of walks and fuss. I work part time hours as a Development Manager looking after 37 flats for retirees. However, I am a chef by trade and have worked abroad and ran restaurants here in Birmingham. My favourite food is Thai but I do enjoy all cuisines. If I'm not working, entertaining the grandchildren, walking the dog, you'll find me cooking. I do make good cakes!

What we Offer

My guests can enjoy a comfortable room, with tv, plenty of storage for personal items, desk, chair, hairdryer, clean towels and bedding. Kitchen is fitted with all white goods and has a range cooker, airfryer, microwave and usual appliances. Lounge is comfortable and has access to rear garden which has both covered and open seating. The dining room is seldom used and guests can use this as a room to study if they prefer rather than their bedroom.

Where we Live

My home is conveniently situated for public transport, shops, restaurants and takeaways (not that I buy the latter). The bus stop is 1 minute away and takes you to Birmingham City centre in approximately 30 minutes. There are also buses to Birmingham Airport and International Railway station and Solihull town centre.
