HELLO

I live with my 9 year old son. We love going for walks in local parks, woodland, or along rivers. We also love reading, listening to music and watching films. I work as an English language teacher at a local college. I have been teaching English as a second language for almost 20 years and have taught students from all over the world. Our 2 cats are nearly 16 years old so really don't do very much! They are kept downstairs and usually sleep all day.

What we Offer

Ours is a 3 storey terraced house built in 1901. It used to be a shop but has been a house for around 20 years. On the ground floor, there are 2 sitting rooms for us to share, along with a large dining kitchen. Outside, there is a patio and garden, which is a peaceful place to be in the warmer months. Your space is at the top of the house and has a separate study area with plenty of storage and a large desk. The bedroom has a king size bed and a smart TV. The shared bathroom is also on the second floor.

Where we Live

Our house is between Moseley and Kings Heath. Both areas offer lots of good options for eating and drinking. Kings Heath also has many independent shops and a popular live music venue called The Hare and Hounds. Kings Heath high street is a few minutes walk and Moseley village is about a 10 minute walk. Edgbaston Cricket Ground and Cannon Hill Park are also within walking distance of our house. The number 50 is a regular and reliable bus service into the city centre. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk from our house and the journey takes around 20 minutes.
