Hi my name's Mark and I'm a Senior Project Manager in the logistics business. I know that sounds boring but trust me, it's not. I like playing golf at the weekends, eating out and spending time with friends. I support Aston Villa FC and often go to watch home games. You would be welcome to join me!

What we Offer

The apartment has a spacious double bedroom with lots of storage space and a desk and chair for private study. There's also a large open plan living room with dining area where you can chill over a bottle of wine and chat about the day's events. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod-cons. There's a shared bathroom with shower that's kept spotlessly clean.

Where we Live

We're in a great location with only a 10 minute walk to the train station and the train will take you to the city cetnre in 20 mins. There are also bus services available that run regulRLY to the city centre but we recommend. Sutton Coldfield town centre is only a short walk away where you'll find a variety of shops, pubs, bars, coffee shops and more. Sutton Park, the largest urban park in Europe, is right next door too.
