HELLO

I am Stuart, semi retired IT consultant, have hosted international students for 5 years. I have been lucky to have travelled to many countries. With my Chinese wife, we offer a warm welcome and real Chinese food. I have 3 kids and 3 grandkids. I enjoy meeting people, DIY and motor sport. I listen to pop music but you won't have to listen to my choice.

What we Offer

Considered a large detached house, we offer 3 double bedrooms with study desk, all with ensuite shower, toilet and basin. Have kitchen / diner and conservatory for eating, meeting and talking, and lounge with large TV for passing time. Garden with covered area available even when raining. Wish after 11 evening to 07 morning to be a quiet time.

Where we Live

Northfield is 7 miles from the city centre, and only 3 miles from Birmingham University, bus stop 61 is close to our home and is 30/40 min bus ride to city centre or a 10 min walk to the train station and then an 18min journey to New street station. Short walk to Sainsburys and Northfield high street with various shops, markets, restaurants, coffee shops and pubs.
