HELLO

We are a close knitted family of 3. I work as IT consultant and my husband is a doctor. My daughter is at school final year and moving to university next year. We love to be a host family as we live away from our home town and love to learn different cultures and meet nice new people.

What we Offer

This is a spacious double bedroom with a bedside table and a lamp. There is a desk and a chair to study. There is an integrated wardrobe to hang clothes and store things. There are three bathrooms in our home, one of these can be shared by guests who are staying with us. The guests will have morning breakfast and spend most of the day learning languages at school or attending work experience placements. They spend their evening meal with us at the dining table and have some nice conversations. Then they have their personal time reading or relaxing before bed. Sometimes we watch movies together and go for walks or jog and explore the areas on the weekends. We also do yoga together if they are interested.

Where we Live

Edgbaston is a leafy suburb of Birmingham with excellent links to the city centre. The Bus stops for numbers 9 and 23 are located a 10 minute walk away so getting in and out of the city centre is very convenient.
