Hi, we are Trixie and Martin McAree and we live in Moseley, a lovely suburb to the south of the city centre. We have opened our home to students from the Middle East, Europe and Asia and very much look forward to welcoming you to our home. We lead busy and active lives and will enjoy helping you to settle into life in Birmingham.

What we Offer

We have one double room available for international students which is on the third floor with walk-in wardrobe leading to its own private bathroom. Our home is a large, detached house designed in a traditional baronial style with a huge newly landscaped garden for your pleasure and enjoyment. Our kitchen/diner is the heartbeat of our home and your are most welcome to use our modern kitchen facilities to prepare your own meals if that is what you prefer.

Where we Live

Moseley has been voted one of the best places to live in the UK. There are many independent boutiques, restaurants and cafes as well as pubs that line the streets of Moseley. The number 50 bus will take you to the city centre in approximately 20 - 30 minutes. It truly is an excellent location and one which is highly sought after amongst international students studying in Birmingham.
